Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to our fulfilment partner for production.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays
While we work closely with our fulfilment partners and carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
